We provide high quality Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as a recovery-focussed, early intervention service offering only best practice treatments, within a stepped care mental health framework that prioritises the needs of the individual
With over five decades of combined experience, and a commitment to delivering effective CBT services, CBTn is Australia’s quality CBT provider
We are always looking to expand the areas in which we can support the delivery of effective CBT based services. Currently, we are focusing on these three areas:
We can provide qualified CBT practitioners to support your existing service and integrate seamlessly with your existing operations. Our staff are trained, experienced, supervised and ready to go.
A complete service that uses CBT based services to improve people's mental wellness. This can be delivered within a workforce as an EAP service, or to a specific area through local, state or federal funding.
Our mission is to provide high quality Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as a recovery-focussed, early intervention service offering only ‘evidence-based treatments’, within a stepped care mental health framework that prioritises the needs of the individual.
CBT Network Australia (CBTn) was founded in October 2020 as a sister company of CBT Institute (CBTi). CBTn operates a Practitioner Network that can provide contracted support to existing services and also operate as a stand-alone telehealth service.
CBTn provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) services using the IAPT principles in Australia, which has been developed to meet the NICE Clinical Guidelines.
We hand pick our practitioners who have demonstrated their CBT delivery expertise throughout their training and ongoing supervision.
Strong links with CBT Institute means our staff are regularly trained on the latest treatments and models of care.
Best practice is more than just a saying. It is integrated into everything we do.
All of our services are delivered using the latest research into how they can be most effective. We ensure this using:
The NICE Clinical Guidelines are expert recommendations for clinical services that are regularly reviewed and incorporate the latest research. All of our staff are trained to follow these guidelines in every task they do.
Our practitioners are all supervised by more experienced clinicians to ensure they are following best practice principles. Through case reflections, auditing and shadowing, our supervisors can ensure that clients are getting the best care possible.
Strong links with CBT Institute mean our staff receive updates on how to improve their clinical work to align with the latest recommendations.
Our team is made up of experts from all areas of CBT including clinical supervision, training, service delivery, operational management and research. We have experience in nationwide services and specialise in telehealth and servicing remote areas.
